2. Voice , Chat and Backoffice are 3 Process.
3. No sales targets , since we are in CSS.
4. CSS - Customer Service Support.
5. Get paid if you do overtime.
6. We have pickup and drop service.
7. Cab service till your doorstep.
8. Location will be Airoli, Navi mumbai.

Salary is according to your experience and interview , but the range for all the process is between 8,000 to 20,000 inhand.

*Since being a brand SRM Consultant will reward you Rs.1000 (One Thousand Rupees Only) for getting passed in Interview after completing one month in the Company from date of joining.
